WGC-3 Group announces its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December, 2009 prepared in accordance with IFRS.
The Central tender commission for investment and financial activities of WGC-3 and the Company’s Board of Directors named Atomstroyexport CJSC to be the winner of tender for construction of Yuzhnouralskaya-2 TPP.
July 30 during a business visit to the Southern Urals the General Director of WGC-3 Vladimir Kolmogorov stopped by the Yuzhnouralskaya TPP. He visited the main shops of the power plant and the site where the construction of the new power generation complex Yuzhnouralskaya-2 is soon to begin.
The Kharanorskaya TPP held another meeting about the construction of the 3rd power generation unit. The meeting was participated by the depute Director General of WGC-3 for capital construction and renovation Vladimir Yurken as well as representatives of the general contractor and other organisations taking part in the construction.
Vladimir Kolmogorov , the General Director of WGC-3 3 took part in the international economic conference ‘The Role of Siberia and the Far East in Global Development’, which is being held in Ulan-Ude as part of the Bailkal Economic Forum.
On June 22, 2009 WGC-3 Board of Directors has appointed Kirill Parinov (Deputy General Director for Corporate, Proprietary and Legal Issues of OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel) to be its Chairman, again.
Kirill Parinov was born on October 21, 1967 in Moscow.
JSC WGC-3 (WGC-3) held the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders in Moscow on June 22, 2009. The WGC-3’s Annual report 2008 and the financial statement approved by the AGM.
General Director of WGC-3 appointed Victor Laruoshkin to be Director of Kostromskaya TPP.
Victor Larioshkin was born June 30, 1971 in Achinsk, Krasnoyarsk territory.
Vladimir Kolmogorov , General Director of WGC-3 spent the first week of June in Trans-Baikal, in business trips to the remotest branches of the company, the Kharanorskaya and Gusinoozerskaya Thermal Power Plants.
The Company’s production and technical council held a meeting at the Kostromskaya TPP. It was chaired by the deputy Director General for the technical policy Alexei Khlebov and attended by the heads of the technical devisions of WGC-3 -3 and the chief engineers of all TPPs.
